Er. C.D.Gupta was an eminent Civil Engineer who worked in C.P.W.D. for around forty years in different capacities. He had a vast knowledge of almost all the subjects of Civil Engineering. He was a Fellow of The Institution of Valuers, Member of The Institution of Engineers and Member of The Indian Road Congress. He authored the Water Supply Handbook and the Sewerage Handbook.

Er. V.K.Gupta graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of Roorkee (now IIT, Roorkee). Passed Masters in Environmental Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering (now Delhi Technical University), L.L.B. from Delhi University, M.B.A. in Disaster management from I.P. University and P.G.Diploma in Design and Construction of Concrete Structures from Annamalai University. He has 31 years of experience in dealing with Water Supply and Sewerage. He is MIE, MIPHE, MIWWA, C.Eng. He authored the Water Supply Handbook and the Sewerage Handbook.
